Hong Kong, 30 AUGUST 2018 – After a very successful Spring (over US$20,000,000 in May alone),ZACHYS are back with more!

Their Fine & Rare Wines and Spirits on Saturday, 8th September at Restaurant Cuisine Cuisine (IFC, Central), opens with THE EXECUTIVE CELLAR PART VII (LOTS 1-140), with the exception of a case of 2005 La Tache, this offering features Bordeaux from the last 10-15 years.

THE SPECTACULAR BURGUNDY CELLAR PART II (LOTS 141-233) returns with nearly 100 lots from Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Henri Jayer, Leroy, d’Auvenay and Roumier.

Pay special attention to the very rare magnum bottling of 1995 Cros Parantoux from Henri Jayer.

They continue with RARE BURGUNDY FROM THE OPULENT COLLECTOR (LOTS 234-317) featuring only the “creme de la creme of fine wines”, highlights include a very special Liger-Belair vertical of La Romanee, Echezeaux and Vosne Romanee Aux Reignots.

MAGNUMS of DRC La Tache, Dujac Clos de la Roche, Rouget Cros Parantoux, Ramonet Montrachet and Pierre-Yves-Colin-Morey Chevalier Montrachet.

Over twenty different formats and vintages of DRC are presented in THE ROYAL COLLECTION: FOUR DECADES OF DRC IN MAGNUM (LOTS 318-345).

The highlights are of course, the exceptionally rare magnums of 1971 La Tache and 1982 La Tache, 2005 Montrachet and 2005 Romanee-Conti, arguably two of the greatest wines of the century. This consignor has also decided to part with a few other favorites, the 100-point 2003 Guigal La Mouline and La Turque, as well as the highly acclaimed 1961 La Mission Haut Brion and 1964 Petrus.

THE PRESIDENT’S CELLAR (LOTS 373-445) features rare gems such as a magnum of Latour 1898 (ex-Chateau), DRC Romanee-Conti 1959, Henri Jayer’s Cros Parantoux 1978, Richebourg 1983 and 1985, Roumier’s Musigny 1983 and 1985 and Faiveley’s Musigny 1976 just to name a few. White wine lovers should not miss out on the late release of DRC’s Montrachet 1973, Dom Perignon’s P3 1971, Boerl & Kroff champagnes (en magnum) and even an OWC of Screaming Eagle Sauvignon Blanc!

Last, but not least AN EXCLUSIVE DOMAINE-DIRECT OFFERING OF THE WINES OF JEAN-MARIE FOURRIER (LOTS 462- 514) with older vintages of Fourrier’s stunning 1999 Griotte-Chambertin, as well as his Premier and Grand Crus from 2013/14/15 including 3L and 9L bottles.
